Granted, but the standard of a "good" player has raised substantially, so compared to the best players in the world you still suck.
I wish I had teh moolayz

Thing is, I rerendered all of the sounds in Audacity at 44100 Hz and re-uploaded them, but the same error message pops up when I try to play the files, even though they are no loner at 48000 Hz. Does the server owner/my friend have to sync the server files first before or something?

I know this is with another TTT server, but hear me out: I am not in any way advertising or trying to compete with you guys, I just request some help.
Copied + pasted from Steam discussions because mine keeps getting buried with the rest of the discussions...
Hello. I have an issue with custom sounds on my friend's TTT server. I edited some songs to use for ending music for the rounds, and uploaded them to the server's sound directory using FileZilla FTP client. However, when I tried to test them using "ulx playsound <filename>", they did not play and came up with an error saying, "Invalid sample rate (48000) for <filename>". I tried rerendering them at different bitrates, to no avail.
I used Sony Vegas to edit them and render them, and the project sample rate I used initially was obviously 48000 Hz. I rerendered them at 44100 Hz 16-bit, but they still came up with that same error message. I tried using Audacity instead, 44100 HZ 16-bit, same as the Vegas settings, but alas the same error message comes up. Am I doing something wrong? Is there an extra step I missed in order to get these working?
BTW, my friend edited and uploaded a bunch of custom sounds as well, and he tells me he uses the default settings for Audacity, yet they work perfectly. I don't understand.
And I am not a very sound-tech person, so if I am missing a silly thing, please forgive my ignorance.

Granted, but the value of each thing you sell is at around half a cent. Sell all your belongings and you might be able to afford a gumball machine.

Hello everyone, I have decided to start uploading my own series of Trouble In Terrorist Town gameplay compilations on a friend's channel (don't judge me based on his content, I have no control whatsoever of what he uploads). Some of my later episodes may be on other servers, but my first play session was on CG's, so you're probably going to see a lot of regulars in them (and yourself, if you were playing at 7-9pm PST on this day) This was my first time creating a SeaNanners montage-style video, so please give me feedback and don't be afraid to criticize me on anything (don't be an asshole, though, constructive criticism only) (and yes, I got this concept from Tendovvi's gameplays, bring out the pitchforks) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bQ2L17iBLXM&feature=youtu.be (at the time of post, it is still processing) I used Sony Vegas to edit and MSI Afterburner to record (which, surprisingly, is the best screencasting program I've ever used). Again, please give me advice and feedback, and I will definitely be getting more up over the week. Thanks!

Granted, the game now crashes right after each save you make, pissing you off but also ensuring your choices you made in your save game stay intact. I wish my face forms into every time I make a troll-worthy statement.

Granted, but he already did and nothing changed.
I wish that I could stop time using the words "SIM SIM SALABIM"
Granted, but it only stops time in another dimension and makes you look like an idiot in ours. I wish I could use my fingers to perform actions depending on the pose (like shooting people in the gun pose, etc.)

i wish for hundreds of guns
Granted. They're plastic firearms from the dollar store and break after a few days of usage. Make sure to only use them on the weak-minded. I wish that my hair wouldn't make me look like goddamn Goku when I wake up.
