Alright, because you all care I'll update ya'll about my life;
Unfortunately we lost in the state semi-finals on Saturday so football season is over, and as break is approaching I'm finding more time. I've decided also not to get surgery on my shoulder since it'll take too much time out of my life, just gonna get rehab on it and let it heal.
Which means I should be able to be fully active admining on TTT .. if anyone plays it anymore.

"DON'T REPORT RDM TILL END OF THE ROUND"
I personally only say this when a) I'm alive or b) another admin is alive during the round. The reason I started is because a fellow admin (I can't remember who it was) gave me the reasoning that it is basically ghosting -- that is, the admins can see who killed who in admin chat and decide whether or not it was RDM, and therefore kill - or not kill - the person during the round. I don't give the warning if I'm dead/spectator and no other admins are on, etc, but I've continued this philosophy because I think admins shouldn't have an unfair advantage over players, and admin chat gives an advantage - knowing who is dead before they are IDed, knowing who killed them, and knowing/guessing whether or not it was RDM.
As for the mute/gag, I don't have much of a tolerance for someone who uses that kind of language. I warn at least once before muting/gagging, but not always more than once. The same with blatant micspam. If you're being ignorant/annoying enough to do that what seems like on purpose, why should I have to give you 2-3 warnings if you won't stop?
I didn't think about ghosting, that's a good point. But how does that give you an advantage if it's an innocent rdming another, which is most the time what happens? I mean some odd cases will be a T buddy rdming another T buddy.. which maybe they should be required to wait in that scenario but still, I don't know. I can kind of see maybe where an admin will know someone is proven without a non-admin possibly knowing that particular person is proven and use that in the "last traitor" situations and whatever but I think we are held more responsible than that And yeah, for the gag I'm just saying give 1 warning, only 1. If they are a regular don't even worry about it.

Agree with Blazyd, if someone can actually come up with a rule that they think is too strict we'll do something about it but as far as I'm concerned our rules are in-check.
If an admin does not/forgets to at least give the warning "Traitors better trait, less than 2 kills earns a slay" or something along the lines during the round then they should not be allowed to slay the person and instead warn them at the end of the round. But if they give that warning out during the round then yes, slay. Everyone can read chat.
I also agree with the "Agree to MOTD" button, that's like signing a contract real quick. Works, simple.
There are also some things that bother me that I'll see some admins do:
"DON'T REPORT RDM TILL END OF THE ROUND"
Excuse me? Report the rdm whenever you please after you die, it is our responsibility to keep track of it. We encourage reported rdm, so we shouldn't nitpick it. though you should report it again at the end of the round, but we're not demanding you not to report it during the game, that's strict/stupid in my opinion
*mutes/gags* after the person says n *****/f **got once.
Give warnings here, most admins do but some admins just gag/mute right away, its dumb. If they are willing to cooperate let them know what they said wrong. I know they are responsible for reading the rules they clarify to prohibit that speech, but still, warnings don't make us seem to gag/mute-happy

A lot of the regulars stopped playing TTT. I don't have an exact reason why, but it's a fact. That's why I stopped playing - when most of my friends are gone, I have no incentive to play anymore. This is probably true for a bunch of others who used to play TTT. Now, pretty much the only times I see the server semi-populated is when a couple of CG members (2 or 3) get on just to mess around, along with a few randoms. It's not really fun anymore. We need new regulars, who will actually be loyal to the server, and join the community; maybe invite some of their friends to hop on as well. It should be more like Hidden, which is welcoming new forum members almost every week. I think adding some kind of donating perk system would help attract more players to make this happen. So yeh, that's my rant for the day.
I think some people left too because the rules have become too restricting. We need to relax them to the point where the game is fun again (which its not right now because it feels like its role playing more then having fun) but keep them at a point where other people can't ruin the fun of others. I say we give the admins more leeway around a looser set of rules and give people more chances to improve instead of clamping down on them right away.
Also there may need to be some more powerful weapons, to give Traitors incentive to start shooting up the place, or at least some tweaking. I've seen far too many rounds take to long because a T knows he cannot outgun the innos, so he tries to pick them off. While that works fine for the beginning of the game or with some T buddies, once there is one T left, and he knows he will lose, he usually delays the round. Maybe even the Jihad should come back.
Lastly, we need more custom stuff as a draw and for the love of god, a new voting plugin. I've seen some that are awesome and make ours look like a joke.
Agree with custom stuff - TTT is no doubt an old game and it needs updates to keep it fun; with the traitor topic: about how many traitors are there? I've noticed, even though the proportions are equal, that 2-3 traitor teams lose far more often than 6-7 ones - point is the server population could have something to do with more innocents winning. Jihads could help, maybe we could re-install the older Vintar and in general tweak the damage of all traitor weapons rather than nerf the innocent weapons. Also suggestion/idea wise I think traitors should be more encouraged to work as teams.. i.g. "Seal Team Six" methods where they all run together with disguisers and silenced M16s / that kind of stuff makes traiting fun, or for me atleast. Seal Teaming with Nexus was the shit; you could also do the rotary c4 teaming or even mass minigun raids. With the rule issue I'm not sure what really would be loosened up.. are we saying that rdmers should be given a chance without slay if they say "Oh I had no clue how to play this game"? I feel like trolls are gonna start using that kind of excuse.. I would be down to play on looser ends rule-wise but what rules can you loosen up? Crashing needs to be fixed, agree; donating perks, agree; a new vote plug-in or even new maps though I'm not sure if there really are much newer maps out there; and most importantly another thing to remember right now is it's in the midst of heavy first semester school work, closing in on the end of the first semester for the most part. I know my schedule won't start loosening up until come holidays but I could understand why our generally older playerbase doesn't have much time to play anymore.

I had pretty much the exact same thing, good luck bro, especially with football. I know how you feel.
You tore it playing baseball didnt you? It's a common baseball tear the only reason i tore it in football is cause of an arm tackle on kickoff lol

The friend zone happens if a girl doesn't like your personality AND/OR doesn't find you attractive sexually. It's a change in attitude and perspective so it doesn't look like you're "rejected." In most cases they don't give a damn if you stay their friend or not.
For instance, if she says "I think dating is stupid" you're friendzoned buddy, like it may be a true statement that dating is stupid in high school but if 2 people like each other they don't care.
I had an odd case where a girl really crushed on me a lot before she actually met me, so she obviously was attracted to me, then we met and she loved my personality but somehow figured "a relationship would get us no where" ... like what ? Girl's mentality - pfft, go figure, cut her off and move on. Easier said than done though

Cortez - Back around TTT again, saw him messing with all sorts of ha/cl commands and experimenting with ulx. Seems like he's doing something Ashes Relandi - Haven't seen him on much lately, of course I'm not the most active Tendovvi - Where did he go? Mystery - Where did he go? TowerSheep - All good, I just wonder when we'll get 'ulx who' back or if we even will Neltharion - Haven't seen him much Arth - Haven't seen him much Mr.TheDoctor - See him occasionally. He's suffering from missing the old playerbase HolyDeath - See him occasionally, fine as usual Muffins - Good Blazyd - Good, watches Shawshank a lot Nexus - One of the best admins around, we understand each other pretty well too so I have a more biased opinion Caboose74 - Mature as usual, so all good Yankees - Good Tyber - Gone Andredem - Should be removed UnknownError - See him occasionally, good Klutonec - All good StormOfAshes - I've seen him some.. I dunno Billy - Good Link - See him every so often, good Bonkino - Where did he go? Sprite - I miss Sprite man always using the huge and talking with a low voice Leetgrain - Good Gustavio - See him occasionally, alright Bladetwinswords - Good Mercy - New, doing good Dante - I agree with Nexus on a statement, he gets real defensive and tunnel visioned in to his argument and sort of messes with his judgement. I understand people will mess around and you're more on the serious side, which is good for admin, but it may affect you're reputation as an admin and whatnot. Other than that, you are all good dealing with rdm reports and general admining. Soap - New to it, so far haven't seen any bad things Dylan - New to it also, seems like he's doing fine just sort of has the jitters Scooby - Somehow he retains the ability to admin fine through his incredibly intense concentration on the game. Good ol' Scoobs
