I would definitely recommend playing 3. I mean obviously you should play them all, it's an amazing series but 3 is probably the best one out for ps2. Plus it provides loads of backstory and doesn't require much knowledge of the other games (minus 2 but that's only for some minor jokes)

Well yeah, the first episode is practically straight up non-confrontational fan service. but i mean it still attributes to the story, just vaguely acceptable levels though.
Elfen Lied is pretty damn great though it was the series that started getting me back into anime thanks to Inject. Good series, such good.

Supposedly the last Rebuild movie is slated for Winter 2015 but that's only from a Japanese magazine and the movies have been delayed multiple times. Also official website has no release date. I still think it's worth watching. If you get the chance, try to watch em fast and then go watch the 3rd rebuild movie in theaters: http://www.elevenarts.net/th_gallery/evangelion-3-0-you-can-not-redo/Always been a dream of mine to see NGE in theaters. I mean like god damn it would be so epic watching the angel battles on the big screen. Hnnnng.

Cromartie High School (anime) - Really great all around comedy. I would probably regard this as the most funny anime out there. Watch this one dubbed.
WataMote (both) - Newer series, great comedy that most internet lurkers can relate to.
Oyasumi Punpun (manga) - This series is pretty dark. Starts off as a coming of age but things get pretty grim. A must read if you like dark, long reads.
Aku no Hana (both) - Somewhat dark tone as well except this one is more down to earth and doesn't get quite as bad as Oyasumi. Manga is somewhat better and quite a bit longer.
Usagi Drop (anime) - Really heartwarming series. Nice artstyle and a must see if you like some of the sad/heartwarming type shows.
Samurai Champloo (anime) - If you have seen or liked Cowboy Bebop you may like this quite a bit. Basically a spiritual successor to CB although it's not as serious and obviously drastically different setting.
What shows have you seen so far? I could probably recommend more if I knew what you watched but I don't want to be throwing a bunch out that you probably already seen xD

I dunno about Rune Factory but I have been pointed towards its direction several times due to its similarity to Harvest Moon except better or something.
Monster Hunter is definitely worth getting though. Really great series in general and I remember seeing awhile back people comparing some aspects of it to Dark Souls.

Removed from admin? to be determined. I'm still browsing through all the evidence and can't really give any input onto that matter.
It seems a lot of people have been put off by his actions but at the same time he brings up an interesting point. Hell, I want to blame myself because this shit has been talked about on and off for months and not once did it cross my mind to talk to Billy about his behavior. His analogy is pretty much spot on. Maybe things would have been different, maybe not.
Maybe a demotion to trial rank and a strict leash would be in order. It's up to Cortez though. Just my 2 cents.
