Just expressing my view of the situation. Am I allowed to defend myself against these accusations? On a side note, I know you are sore over what happen with OMG_zombiepenguin. But don't turn every post into a flame war.

not a smart thing to do, freezing players so they can hear you speak is not the right thing to do. muting players fair enough but not freezing
If I mute players and a traitor takes advantage of the mute to attack and kill innocents, then I receive more complaints from the innocents.

Pretty sure gagging someone for what sounds to me like a legitimate complaint is admin abuse.
How are you coming to the assumption that it was a legitimate complaint? Did you hear his complaint? It was with my best judgment to gag him, because he continued to disrupt normal play with his complaints, even after I told him how he needs to come on here to report admin abuse.

NOTE: Admin abuse is altering gameplay in their favor or threatening or wrongfully punishing players for no reason.
Admin OVERUSAGE is when an admin beacons himself or basically dicks around with admin but doesn't trully affect gameplay but may be quite annoying. If it is possible also state which of the following the admins were doing (admin abusing/admin overusing/both)
Under our definition of abuse, this claim does not apply.

I feel my use of admin powers was justified.....so to keep the game moving in an orderly matter (thats not orderly) .... I gaged mic usage from the server,I froze everyone. I said what I had to say to address the issues and unfroze, un-gaged the server. The whole thing must have taken less than 20 seconds. more then that But after the complainant continued to troll about abuse, even after I directed him to these forums to make his complaint, therefore I gaged him the remainder of the round, but he left.
Im not mad or pointing fingers but I am just pointing some key elements out. XD
I must admit, I did not time it, but that is the length of time perceived by me.

Hopefully you'll have better results in this section than I have. It seems like most of the admins here try to cover for each other.
In my thread, several of the admins didn't even fully read my post as they claimed that I had no proof for killing two traitors when I explicitly stated that I did.
They even had the nerve to call me a liar and claim that I RDMed several times in the map when I had photographic evidence proving my karma stayed at 1000 karma. Either I'm a liar who manages to only RDM against traitors or just maybe I was actually playing the game and knew who the traitors were due to evidence and logical thinking.
Remscar, who claimed that I had no proof, most likely didn't read my post or look at the images since the two traitors did have kills. It's also funny how the admin who recommended him for trial admin was FearlessTh0r. On top of this, they nitpick at the 5 minute ban when I even stated that the 5 minute ban was not my concern, but the abuse.
Sorry to partially hijack your thread, but my thread was closed before I could even post a response. I sent 2 PM's that received no response.
Please keep it on topic, what happen with you is unrelated.

that isnt proof thats a POV. also penguin its not worth explaining to these guys. i know these types of guys they take pleasure winding you up because they think they are right. heres a newsflash for you guys, that is rule 3 of the guide on how to be a douchebag congrats.
If witness testimony isn't proof then what is? Keep going, nothing you say is of any importance.
