IrishBandit and BigSister were only posting and spamming to piss the people left in charge off. They were spamming idiocy for no good reason, and that shit's not acceptable. It doesn't matter if they think it was trolling, what Irish and Bigsister were doing was against the rules and they were doing it just to fuck with the people who still gave a damn, and then Cadaver gets behind them and reverts the bans and removes ALL ability to Delete/Lock threads. That thread was just the beginning of all the chaos and I only ever locked it because bigsister was making comments about cheap mexican labor and jews; which is pushing the rules and they knew they were doing it just to be twats. We'll be cutting down on all forms of tomfoolery in the near future and shitty behavior like what we witnessed on D-day will not be tolerated any more. Per request of Wooley I moved my shout to this thread, and will be locking it. We all know to stay away from religion arguments and I don't think we've ever even TRIED to discuss politics, we all know it's a bullshit waste of time. If anyone would like to continue a serious discussion of these topics, make a proper new thread in the correct area. <3

Ooh guess I'll have to chalk up some new proper admin apps for each specific position.
The spam box could use a moderator or two, but as the spam box IS the spam box so you'd have to be light on people. You could sticky requested threads for people and watch for rulebreakers, but the majority of the job is locking 6+ month old threads and in some boards, moving threads to the old threads section.

This is just a bad idea. I remember the TF2 servers going an early grave several times when he was HA and many people ask "Who's the HA of TF2" or "Who runs Saxton" but seeing as he's already CL this is just for the record.
Just for the record, he's only got the title of CL/founder but not the powers. He's still just the TF2 HA and this app started as a joke I believe, but he's still probably curious as to what people think. I think he COULD do the job if he wanted, but honestly anyone could do it. It's just a matter of who will do it well.

I heard people were questioning Leet becoming a GM because of her inactivity on the servers. Really? Look at me.. sure I'm a HA but I have been playing less than she has, not like that's really relevant in the case of being a GM.
She's on the forums nearly every day, at several different points in the day too.
She's located in the UK, so that would be good in combination with a USA based GM also.
She's level headed, and she tries to maintain the peace. She doesn't instigate drama, but won't hesitate to involve herself and try to bring it to a stop.
She had Veteran admin before, and given that there are some people out there STILL WITH VET after practically 2+ years of inactivity; it really shouldn't matter if she's admin on the servers or not.
Alpha was just a non-admin when he applied for GM, I believe.
Therefor, +1.

Right, So Pillz was a former CL to HA to Admin TO HA and hopefully to CL again. He knows how to CL
and stuff so he should get CL. But I haven't seen him active around the servers or steam. Which makes me
doubt. But aside from that, him being re-appointed as a CL, I've seen him try to take control and provide solutions to fixing issues. If he comes around gaming more, then he has my +
I agree wholeheartedly, I have been slacking from the gaming world quite a bit. There's no real excuse, I just felt detached from CG after the ignoring of my last CL/GM app, like if nobody wants me to help why am I even here. Last game I really played was hidden a few weeks ago, and I plan to play more of everything else. I was going to play some ZPS last night but instead was on the forums/chatting on steam for 7 hours straight.

We need more people like Inject/Jorgen/Cadaver.

We need less people like Jorgen, with no disrespect towards the brilliant man; we don't need another inactive CL, and I'd go as far to say Alpha doesn't get as mad as easily as Jorgen does. No doubt he would do more if he could, but after being off steam so long and the forums too; we need a CL that the people actively see on the forums who has access enough to help out everywhere. Cadaver was a good role model, but he has given up on CG. He couldn't do much as CL except be a figurehead of responsibility and that's not what we want from Alpha. Inject is a god amongst men for continuing to deal with our horseshit, despite all his past laziness and inactivity. I believe he's ready to start turning things around though, because we need to get this communities shit together. THAT's why we need Alpha as a CL, so he can move a step up from moderating. He's done it before, and he knows how to act. +1
