Why is it limited to 15? There's probably another thread about this somewhere but fuck it.
IMO age is irrelevant. Some of the older people are complete idiots and immature. 10 would definitely be to young, but Deadly Kisses was 11 I believe and she was an excellent admin.
Perhaps on TTT it should be limited only, just because of the high traffic of players and trolls. If someone is 14 and applying, their age shouldn't be a deterrent. What would another year of being alive do for them as an admin? Not much.

It's not the map selection if everything we try doesn't work. I've seen a 3-4 map rotation pipeline work BEAUTIFULLY before, if we can't do it, there's something wrong with the server, the name, or the lack of people who know about it outside of CG. That last one being the most probable, IMO.

A few of us played the rom back in november or so of last year.
Anyway, I don't like the battles. I don't like the dynamic camera, and the moving pokemon. It also feels lame the way the like, environment when battling is just a blur of colors. Plus, some of the pokemon are really fucking lame. I can't stand looking at Sawk, I imagine it's only going to get worse..
Things I like, battles seem to flow a bit faster, the female trainer has short shorts and I LOVE WATCHING HER THROW BALLS, female professor(NOW WE JUST NEED A BLACK ONE), uhhh and pretty much everything else I didn't dislike. lol

I think TTT admins, or players in general should branch out to different games. For at least a week or something. The TTT server is practically populated at any given time, it doesn't need people there trying to keep it populated, unlike all the other servers.
I attempted to populate TF2 (MANY TIMES BEFORE) but it just doesn't populate as fast as TTT... It's easy to tell that TF2 servers are just overall harder to draw attention to...
I recall populating the TF2 server in SKG (Though it was about a year and half or two ago), we had pipeline on goldrush, badwater and two others. It wouldn't populate on it's own unless there were about four to six people on. I can only assume people began joining because A) They liked the maps. B) The server had a noticeable enough amount of people on it for people to join. Plus, as a game with thousands of servers, I believe the name really plays a part. Sacmos Titties and Beer. Maybe that's what did it...
