Because he is new to admining then he should try something a little less advanced. and maybe get to know more people on the forms first though, like remscar said

27 posts, you come out of nowhere, never heard of you. Spend more time in the community before you apply for admin. Im sick of having kids play on our servers for 20 days and then apply for admins.
Be active on our forums and be with us for more then 2 or 3 months and then maybe you might have support from me.
