Also:
In Assassination the auto-shotty is glitched, it can't reload.
King of the Hill: I don't even think this game mode is installed properly
Gungame: dual elites are glitched, no crosshairs for any weps.
I don't remember what the game mode is called (I think it was the one where you launch your teammates over to your opponents' side and they break boxes), but I don't think the scoreboard showed up at the end of the round.

Seems nice, knows the rules. Didn't get too mad when I accidentally RDM'd him as a detective when he was an inno. I'd say +1.

GTA needed work. There were no car textures and the physics were horrible. The gamemode is incomplete too.
Almost every game mode needs a texture rework/fix. I've barely touched Lua in the past (worked on a few Lua Player PSP games back in the day), but I'm actually interested in learning Lua to code for you guys/my personal knowledge. But I think Vince is the go-to guy for now.
Oh, and we need Finnie's Deathrun map added to the server.

lol, my friends used to hide their porn deep in their Steam directory. Smart idea, there are thousands of files in there lol.
You could make something fun, like a lite music player or image viewer with a CG skin.
