Gonna say no, you were told before you left that it was RDM. You should have just waited until the next round to leave after you had taken your slay.

He said he left after he shot him, not that he was told it was RDM. Nobody said he was told that, what are you referring to?
There is no "you should of waited for a slay" because he didn't think he did anything wrong until he was banned.

So was I. The only "You should come back and take the slay" I got was from Scooby while I was AFK and eating my supper.
The point is people informed you that you had RDMed and you chose to leave anyway. Its always best to wait to leave after making a sketchy kill like that.
Like I said, I misinterpreted them as warnings/a heads up to not do it again, and also like I said, I didn't want to just sit around the game AFK for like 15 minutes because that would be pointless. I would have gladly accepted the slay as soon as I came back had I known what was going on. Besides, I'm not some random asshat who just goes around killing people for absolutely no reason. I play on this server a lot and people should know me well enough to realize that I just don't do that. All this ban is doing is being a pain in the ass for me. I've already got it in my head that I shouldn't kill for that reason again and I have nothing to gain by RDMing and leaving on my favorite server so what is the point of this ban? Besides I told everyone that I would be right back anyways. Maybe that comment fell upon deaf ears but they could have waited a bit for me to come back so I could then accept my slay, or at the very least gave me a bit more time to respond as they knew I was going to supper.
Whether or not you are slain is up to the person who was RDMed not the admins. The fact is you broke a rule and were punished for it, whether or not you get unbanned at this point is up to cortez.

Probably one of the worst admins currently on TTT, he never does his job as an admin and is constantly personally attacking people for seemingly no reason. He also only slays when people kill him which is all the time because he is terrible ,but constantly brags about being "MLG". The worst is when the other admins aren't on and he goes on endless racist rants.

No its like breaking out of jail and going to the same bank to try and make a deposit. I really can't understand the problem with him coming on the server on a different account months after being banned and doing nothing wrong.
It's circumventing the ban and if you are allowed to do it without any punishment then EVERY person who is banned could just make a new account to play on TTT (example- Lilg)
Except his alt account was already perma banned for doing it so not seeing how that is "without any punishment"

I think you guys are missing the fact that hes had TWO accounts BANNED. HES ALREADY HAD A SECOND CHANCE.
Gets banned on first account, jumps on server with second account and gets banned on that one. Yeah, I would say thats two chances.
Maybe if you had just appealed instead without trying to avoid a ban. Its like breaking out of jail to rob the same bank and expecting a different result when you get caught.

First off, I don't see how him coming on the server on a different account and doing nothing wrong would affect his appeal at all. Also he was always pretty chill and would help populate the server in the mornings so the mass rdm was far from normal behavior on the server. As far as his behavior on other servers I could see that counting against his appeal ,but what players do on other servers isn't really against the rules unless they are wearing our tags or have admin.
tldr: I say unban him, worst case scenario he mass rdms again and a handful of people sit out a round.
