Title: TF2 Server needs Replay!

The TF2 server feels incomplete without the Replay feature. I'e heard people complain about not being able to record an epic life they had in-game. I think that replay would bring more people to it. The server NEEDS replay.

I've heard that it laggs the server more.

as cool as the feature is, it does lag the server.

We could test if it works first, and if it lags then we remove it.

Does it record people's voice chatting as part of the replay?

If so, there was a certain late-night discussion about baking with vanilla we had that would've been good for our  youtube channel.

If we are going to even think about testing lower the slots first.
